I’m a true blue Scorpio. At least i thought i was until recently i found out that i’m a scorpio-sagittarius cusp which means that i was born as the sun is shifting into another sign. In my case, i was born just a day away from being a sagittarius!
And me, being the crazy obsessive (it’s a scorpio thing) girl who checks her daily horoscope everyday without fail, turned to google.
So apparently, as a cusp, i’m most likely to display traits of both signs! Fire + Water = Complete opposite. I guess i’m just too complex!
So now if you will excuse me, i have ‘two horoscopes’ to read. Hello Tuesday!
Went guitar hunting @ Peninsula SV Guitars with Eda today! I rally rally rally rally wanted to get a strat! We knew the Fender American Standard was way out of our budget. So we tried their Squier range and we didn’t like it. I was so disappointed. Then we tried the Swing strat, it sounded better! But the neck profile didn’t feel right. And the only colours they had were red & yellowish-white.
Finding a guitar is like finding a soulmate. I knew we had to trust our twintuition. Let the guitar choose you. Before we knew it, we were trying out the Epiphone Les Paul.. a black beauty but the sound was too deep. We wanted a brighter sound.
*deep breaths*
Then the SV dude introduced us to their Rally guitars. I’ve heard awesome things bout Rally before. Its a korean brand les paul. Apparently better sounding than the epiphone.
When he plugged it in.. it sounds like a Dreammmm! Purrrrfect! Looooving the neck pickup! So say hello to Damon, my black beauty & Robbie, Eda’s hot red boyfriend. Woot! Oh and we got two MK EG-15R 15w amp! So huge & berat nak mampos! Imagine 2 petite girls lugging everything all the way to the taxi stand. Ha ha!
Time to make some coffee, and jam a couple of tunes! Let’s hope i don’t wake my neighbours up. ;p
